Summer Shipping for chocolate bars
In the summer months we ship orders with ice packs and insulation. This costs a bit more and is reflected in our shipping rates. Your chocolate will ship USPS 1-3 day shipping to expedite the shipping time and help mitigate the risk
of melting while in transit. Watch your tracking number and be home to receive your ORDER if possible.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 6-24 hours . Orders are processed Monday to sunday except for statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Delivery Providers
We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Support team of your Order
Number within an hour of placing your order.

COLORADO SHROOMS ships worldwide. Customers are welcome to utilize shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of
our supported regions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 9 pm PST will only be processed the following
business day.

Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with the delivery company in charge .If a trace is filed, They will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, then in all fairness we will send you a reshipment package free of charge but you will take care of the shipping fees We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issue
